About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Learning & Development Intern to support the Group L&D function in delivering impactful learning solutions across the organisation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full learning lifecycle from programme coordination and content development to facilitation support and learning analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and administration of learning programmes and workshops
  • Maintain and update learning records on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Assist with reporting on learning participation, engagement, and impact
  • Conduct research on learning trends and best practices
  • Support facilitation of learning interventions
  • ETDP SETA admin support
  • Workplace skills plan administration
  • Support with Learning analytics
  • Provide project and administrative support to the L&D team

Minimum Requirements

  • Honours degree (NQF Level 8) in:
    • Human Resources
    • Industrial Psychology
    • Or related field
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and talent development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and strong coordination ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
