About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Learning & Development Intern to support the Group L&D function in delivering impactful learning solutions across the organisation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full learning lifecycle from programme coordination and content development to facilitation support and learning analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and administration of learning programmes and workshops
- Maintain and update learning records on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist with reporting on learning participation, engagement, and impact
- Conduct research on learning trends and best practices
- Support facilitation of learning interventions
- ETDP SETA admin support
- Workplace skills plan administration
- Support with Learning analytics
- Provide project and administrative support to the L&D team
Minimum Requirements
- Honours degree (NQF Level 8) in:
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Or related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and talent development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and strong coordination ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
